Preise
Alle Preise verstehen sich pro Tag, Wohnung und 2 Personen. Enthalten sind Unterkunft, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Gästekarte Winepass Plus, Heizung, Wasser, Gas und Strom, Reinigung (inkl. Endreinigung) und sämtliche Steuern. Getrennt verrechnet werden: Ortstaxe.
Preisnachlässe
Kinder bis zu ihrem 4. Geburtstag nächtigen kostenlos.
Bezahlung
Sie können bei uns ausschließlich mit Bargeld bezahlen.
An- und Abreise
Am Anreisetag sind die Ferienwohungen ab 14.00 Uhr bezugsfertig. Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie, die Wohnungen bis 10.00 Uhr freizugeben.
Buchung
Bitte beachten Sie: Die Buchung wird bei einer Bezahlung eines Angeldes (Buchungssicherstellung) und der Zusendung der Buchungsbestätigung verbindlich. Das Angeld wird bei einer Stornierung nicht zurückerstattet. Außerdem gelten folgende Stornobedingungen:
Stornobedingungen gemäß Art. 1382 ZGB
- Bis 6 Wochen vor dem Ankunftstag: kostenfreie Stornierung. Es wird nur das Angeld einbehalten.
- Bis 2 Wochen vor dem Ankunftstag: 50 % des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises
- Innerhalb der letzten 2 Wochen vor dem Ankunftstag beträgt die Stornogebühr 100 % des vereinbarten Gesamtpreises.
- Im Falle einer vorzeitigen Abreise werden alle gebuchten Tage in Rechnung gestellt.
- Bitte informieren Sie uns rechtzeitig, wenn Sie Ihren Urlaub nicht antreten können.
Reiserücktrittsversicherung
Wir empfehlen Ihnen, gleich mit der Buchung Ihres Aufenthalts die „Roter Hahn-Reiserücktrittsversicherung“ abzuschließen. Dadurch können die Stornogebühren abgedeckt werden und Sie können sich ganz ungetrübt auf Ihren Urlaub freuen. Datenschutz
Im Sinne von Gesetz Nr. 196/2003 informieren wir Sie, dass Ihre Daten ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung Ihres Antrages verwendet und gespeichert werden und nicht an Dritte mitgeteilt oder verbreitet werden. In Bezug auf die Datenverarbeitung stehen Ihnen alle Rechte laut Artikel 7 vom Gesetz Nr. 196/2003 zu. Rechtsinhaber ist Meraner Josef. Nähere Informationen zu Ihren Rechten erhalten Sie hier.

Prezzi
Tutti i prezzi s’intendono per giorno e 2 persone. Sono compresi l’alloggio, il corredo per il letto, la card „Winepass Plus“, il riscaldamento, l’acqua, il gas e la corrente, la pulizia (pulizia finale incl.) e tutte le tasse. Non sono compresi: Imposta di soggiorno.
Ribassi
I bambini fino al loro 4° compleanno non pagano.
Pagamento
Il pagamento da noi può essere effettuato esclusivamente in contanti.
Arrivo e partenza
Il giorno dell’arrivo gli appartamenti sono disponibili a partire dalle ore 14.00. Il giorno di partenza vi preghiamo di liberare l’appartamento entro le ore 10.00.
Prenotazione
Notare per favore: La prenotazione è definitiva dopo il versamento di una caparra confirmatoria (garanzia prenotazione) e l’invio di una conferma della prenotazione. La caparra confirmatoria non viene restituito nel caso di un annullamento. Inoltre valgono le seguenti condizioni di storno:
Condizioni di storno ai sensi dell’art. 1382 C.C.
- Entro 6 settimane dalla data d’arrivo: annullamento senza pagamento di una tariffa storno. Viene soltanto trattenuta la caparra confirmatoria.
- Entro 2 settimane dalla data d’arrivo: 50% del totale.
- Meno di due settimane dalla data d’arrivo: verrà addebitato intero l’importo del soggiorno.
- In caso di partenza anticipata verrà addebitato il prezzo dell’intero soggiorno.
- Vi preghiamo di informarci tempestivamente nel caso in cui siate impossibilitati a venire.
Assicurazione annullamento viaggi
Consigliamo di stipulare l’assicurazione annullamento viaggi „Gallo Rosso“ nel momento in cui prenotate il vostro soggiorno. L’assicurazione copre le tasse di annullamento, in modo che potete guardare con gioia verso la vostra vacanza, senza preoccuparvi. Protezione dei dati
Ai sensi del D. lgs. 196/2003 vi informiamo che i vostri dati saranno utilizzati e memorizzati esclusivamente per evadere la vostra domanda e che non saranno oggetto di comunicazione o diffusione a terzi. Prices
All prices are per day, apartmen and 2 persons. Accommodation, bed linen, guest card „Winepass Plus“ heating, water, gas and electricity, cleaning (including final cleaning after departure) and taxes are included in price. The local tourism tax is billed separately:
Reductions
Children under 4 years of age can stay free of charge.
Payment
We accept payments in cash only.
Arrival and departure
The apartments are ready after 2 pm on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am.
Booking
Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also apply:
Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
- Up to 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival: Cancellation free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
- Up to 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
- Less than 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival: The full amount is due.
- There will be no refund in case of early departure.
- Please inform us a.s.a.p. if you have to cancel your reservation.
Holiday Cancellation Insurance
We recommend that you take out Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner. Data Protection
In accordance with Law No. 196/2003 we would like to inform you that your data will only be used and stored for the processing of this application and will not be given to third parties or distributed. Regarding data processing, your rights are set out in Article 7 of Law No. 196/2003. Rights owner is Meraner Josef. You may obtain further information regarding your rights here.
